AAMI Tuition Net Price Calculator

Tuition Payment Requirements & Restrictions
Tuition is due in full at the start of each semester. Students are encouraged to ensure financial aid and payment arrangements are finalized before classes begin.
Students with outstanding balances will not be permitted to register for future semesters, receive diplomas, or obtain official transcripts.
Refund & Credit Balance Policy
Refunds are processed only when federal aid exceeds direct charges, and only after attendance is verified. Credit balances from PLUS Loans will be refunded to the parent borrower unless otherwise authorized.
All funds are applied in the following order:
Scholarships → Grants → Loans
For full refund eligibility in case of withdrawal, students must adhere to published timelines and policies.
VA Pending Payment Policy
AAMI complies with Title 38 U.S. Code § 3679(e), ensuring that students using VA education benefits will not be penalized for delayed payments. While awaiting VA funds, AAMI will not:
- Prevent enrollment
- Impose late fees
- Require alternate funding
- Deny access to courses or facilities
To qualify, students must provide a Certificate of Eligibility, a written request to be certified, and any additional information needed for certification.
